I have been in the Assisted Living industry for 11 years working as Human Resources Manager, Dining Room Manager and now Business Office Manager. I am happily married with four children aged 22, 15, 9 & 4. I enjoy riding my bike, bowling, shopping and spending quality time with my family.

Originally from Pennsylvania, my husband and I left the Keystone State in 1980 for an opportunity to live abroad.  For 17 years we lived in Korea, the Azores, the Philippines and Japan while raising our two children.  Returning to the States in 1997, I began my career in Senior Living, starting out as a Wellness Director and eventually moving on to Sales and Marketing.  My spare time finds me enjoying my family, working out at the gym or organizing a pet food distribution program for needy families in South Bryan County. 

Hello! My name is Marie Burroughs and I am the Director of Health Services at Habersham House. I have been a health care provider for 37 years. I have four daughters and four grandchildren. My hobbies are playing with my grandchildren, traveling when possible, working in my yard, walking, watching movies and enjoying good music. I have a LPN license and a passion for nursing.

Born in  California and raised in the military, I’ve been blessed with opportunities to travel.   Involved in music for forty four years, first with piano then harp, I’ve been an entertainer in Savannah for ten years.  I’m a graduate of the ’Music for Healing and Transition’ program and play in local health facilities as a certified music practitioner.   I believe that stimulating activities encourage a sense of well-being and I’m  delighted to be a part of the Habersham House community. 

Hi! My name is Stephanie. I have worked within Healthcare for 25 years. Between my husband and I, we have five children and nine grandchildren. My hobbies include reading, sewing, traveling and spending time with my family. My passion other than my children are seniors, I love working with the elderly and enjoy the stories about their lives.

Hello everyone! My name is Donald Butler and I am the Director of Food & Beverage at Habersham House. I am a native of Savannah, Georgia. I have one son and cooking is my passion! I have always loved to cook and have worked in the hospitality / food service business for 33 years. I have been involved in every aspect of the business from employee, manager, and owner. Now my goal is to provide our residents with the best dining experience possible.
